It appears that Chase Bank is so big that the automated computer part of the company does the dirty work so Chase Bank employees don't get blamed or sued. I have read that Chase Bank rejects around 70-80% of home loan applications. Of course they keep the fees. Computer generated letters come out that reduce home equity lines, lower credit lines, and so on, and even if one responds to the computer generated letter, if the letter is ignored, Chase Bank profits.
It almost seems as if Chase Bank can make more money by rejecting home loan
